This return policy is only for retail purchases purchased directly through us. For wholesale policies see our wholesale terms and policies

 

A large portion of our merchandise is handcrafted. This can cause minor imperfections and variations within items that do not affect intended use. If you have questions about your purchase, please contact us. We’d be happy to clear up any confusion.

 

Our return policy is as follows:

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll fix it. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. No need to worry shipping for both the returned item and the replacement is on us. In order to return your item, contact us through email. Be sure to contact us before 30 days past the sale date for retail purchases or shipping delivery date (for online orders shipped only). You must have proof of purchase and be the original buyer. You must have original packaging. Merchandise with minor imperfections and variations within items that do not affect intended use due to the item being handcraft are not eligible for return.

 

Items damaged after retail purchase or after shipping arrival are not eligible for return. For custom order, product damaged due to our mistake is only eligible for replacement. Anything damaged through normal wear and tear is not eligible for returns.

 

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy is a case by case basis. Merchandise in new or "like-new" condition that was never used up to 30 days after retail purchase or shipping delivery date (for online orders shipped only) may be eligible for a return. Items that cannot be returned include used merchandise, custom orders, wholesale orders, furniture, skincare products with a broken seal, select oversized items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

 

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for no more than 30 days after retail purchase or shipping delivery date (for online orders shipped only), let us know. In order to be considered for a return, please contact us by email. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. You will receive a full refund for your item if a return is granted. You must have original packaging. You must have proof of purchase and be the original buyer.

 

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy covers most merchandise in new or "like-new" condition that was never used up to 30 days after retail purchase or shipping delivery (for online order only). Items that cannot be returned include used merchandise, custom orders, custom wholesale orders, furniture, skincare products with a broken seal, select oversized items, or anything damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for no more than 30 days after retail purchase or shipping delivery (for online orders shipped only), no problem. In order to exchange your item for a new one, please contact us by email. Return shipping and shipping of the new item(s) is the buyer's responsibility.

 

VENDORS/RETAILERS

For merchandise bought from a vendor/retailer that sells Mountain Made merchandise, please refer to the vendor's/retailer’s return policy for damaged products, returns, and exchanges. If the vendor is unable to help you, contact us through email and we will do our best to fix the situation.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE VALUE

If you used a Mountain Made coupon/code to purchase an item and decide to return that item, you'll receive a refund for the price of the item, minus the coupon value. Shipping costs are not refunded.
